For our client, Danske Spil A/S in Brøndby, we are looking for a Junior Servicedesk Consultant.
The main area of responsibility in Incident Management is handling incidents, and we focus on incoming incidents being handled efficiently, thoroughly and safely in collaboration with relevant suppliers and internal teams.
We are a dedicated team that consists of 8 Incident Managers and 4 student assistants, that practice ITIL based working.
There is a strong team spirit and sense of responsibility in the team, combined with an informal atmosphere, as we work together towards solutions and value that it must be both fun and exciting to work here.
The job is very versatile, as you will find both daily standard tasks and complex incidents that require different suppliers and expertise. Often things move fast, but there is also time to immerse in projects.
The team is responsible for the day-to-day handling of incidents, both small and more complex ones. In the evening hours and during nights and weekends we also deal with Emergency Changes and starting up problem processes. Therefore, it is important that by nature you are curious, thorough and enjoy exploring.
Additionally, it is important that you
• Are a strong communicator in English (and Danish?) both spoken and written, as you must be able to take the lead in fast-paced situations, and manage the communication to the various departments and teams in Danske Spil as well as external suppliers
• Have 1-2 years of experience from a Servicedesk / in Incident Management in an ITIL based environment
• Have a good technical understanding
• Understand the importance of knowledge sharing and both during and after events document the good solution to the rest of the group. We work to become better at standardizing processes and here, knowledge management is an important parameter
• Are driven by the task and responsibility and can administer your time even in situations where you are under pressure
In Incident Management, it is important that you are quick to respond and ready to pursue incidents when they occur. You must be able to drive the solution to an incident, even in challenging settings.
Your primary tasks will be
• Handling incidents, including categorization, case creation and escalation to relevant vendors in cases such as if our Lotto or Oddset app does not work
• Communication regarding breakdowns and progression of cases to internal stakeholders and customers
In Incident Management, we work with the handling of incidents and monitoring our IT systems 24/7/365. You will therefore be part of a fixed shift schedule with the rest of the team, where you will work during the day, evening, and night all days of the week at Danske Spil's location in Brøndby.

About you and your tasks
As an Incident Manager, you will work with incoming incidents, building a knowledge database and standardizing processes when valuable.
The team is responsible for the day-to-day handling of incidents, both small and more complex ones. For our client in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Lead Developer / Solution Architect.
Background
Alm. Brand has over the past 8 years built up a substantial Salesforce implementation, named FOKUS.
FOKUS is today supporting Alm. Brand employees with a customer overview holding information around the insurance and pension products the customers have taken out and information around the communication between Alm. Brand and the customers.
FOKUS supports Alm. Brand’s sales channel: Leads are handled in Marketing Cloud and are used as input to Alm. Brand’s Tele Marketing group responsible for calling up potential customers to sell insurances. Also, Alm. Brand’s salespeople are serviced via management of customer meetings managed by Salesforce.
Alm. Brand has over the past year sold off its bank division and recently also its pensions division and is not purely focused on non-life insurance.
Alm. Brand has acquired Codan Insurance, an acquisition that is doubling the size of the company, now named Alm Brand Group. The formal merger between the two companies happened May 2nd, 2022.
As part of the merger Salesforce will become the CRM platform for both Alm. Brand and Codan brands.
What’s In Our Backlog?
Customer Data Management
Alm. Brand has decided to make Salesforce the Customer data Master. This decision imposes a lot of development to ensure always correct customer data in the insurance system (Sapiens’ TIA) and other solutions used by Alm. Brand employees.
It is required that the support for contact persons at Alm. Brand’s business and corporate customers are registered and visible in Salesforce, that it is possible to use the information actively in both sales and service. Today, this is not adequately supported.
As part of becoming the Customer Data Master it is required to close all functionality in other systems, that allow for creation, update, or deletion of customer data. This will likely spawn development of services in Salesforce that may be called by other systems.
Consent Management
It has been decided to use Salesforce for management of customer consents. This epic holds transfer of consents from other systems into Salesforce. A data model for holding consent data has been decided and consents are being migrated over into the new model.
360 Customer Overview
A new 360 Customer Overview needs to be developed. The current overview was made at a time, where it should both hold information around insurance, pension and bank products and it can now be simplified, improved, and made ready to hold further information around insurance products and other customer relevant data (active and previous claims handling cases, suggestions for cross sales etc.).
The overview will have to reflect that Alm Brand Group covers 3 brands: Alm. Brand Insurance, Codan Insurance and Privatsikring. Also, there is a need to support that insurance can be taken out via partners and this needs to be visible as well. To support this a new data model for holding all of the information and ties to the products in the Insurance system, TIA, needs to be designed and implemented.
Case Management
The use of Salesforce Case Management in Alm. Brand today is limited and holds a huge potential.
First in line is to investigate building a Claims Management solution using Case Management orchestrating the claims process where the actual calculations etc. are managed by the insurance system. Apart from using a tool already available in Salesforce, this setup will automatically allow for showing ongoing claims handling cases in a customer overview.
Quotation & Offer
Alm. Brand will also investigate using Salesforce as a platform for the salespeople when setting up a quote to offer to the customers. Today, an old Java application is used, and it is relevant to substitute it with a solution built within Salesforce.
Codan Insurance
We are now in a “discovery phase” figuring out what has “hit us”, but we have a pretty good idea that we need to enhance our ability to work with business and corporate customers. Today, Alm. Brand is mainly focused on private customer, farms, and smaller businesses, whereas Codan Insurance has substantial part of the Danish insurance market for SME and Larger corporate customers. These types of customers’ demands are different, and we need to build functionality that can support both the sale and service of these customers.
How we work
Salesforce development is centered in the CRM Chapter made up of 4 squads (scrum teams). The 4 squads are covering Leads, Sales, Services and the Customer. The latter is a new squad and is a consequence of the decision to make Salesforce the Customer Data Master.
The 4 squads work independently but at the same time coordinated, since the solutions are often requiring effort from more than one squad to become a complete solution or the end users.
Each Squad has a Product Owner and a Scrum Master and is typically made up of 9-10 people in addition to the PO and SM.
We aim at having a good work/life balance and work is planned within the individual squads.
We have an open dialogue; humor is a vital ingredient in our daily work day and we strive towards having fun at work.

Til en af vores forsikringskunder søger vi en Native-udvikler på tilkaldebasis til 30 timer månedligt.
De har udviklet en app til at se regninger, kontaktoplysninger og forsikringer, en masse data. Den skal udvikles - blandt andet skal man kunne lave skadesanmeldelser direkte fra appen. Det er en hybridapp, så kun menu og login er i Android- og iOS-kode, og indholdet dannes i deres Optimisi, som før hed Episerver, til websider.
Appens kodebase indeholder menustruktur og login. Så når nye features skal laves - det kunne eksempelvis være til anmeldelse af cykeltyverier, hvor man skal kunne bruge geolocation, og telefonens GPS skal kunne aktiveres – så vil flowet til at udfærdige anmeldelsen ligge i Episerver. Ideen er at lave så lille en kodedataabase og så lidt governance som muligt, så 90 procent foregår på Episerveren.
Til kunden søger vi derfor en Android- og iOS-udvikler til i det eksisterende team til at videreudvikle og vedligeholde appen, som er til private forsikringskunder. Det kan både være at udvikle nye features samt at fejlsøge og lave rettelser. Appen har både Android- og iOS-kode.
Et eksempel på en incident kunne være, at der kom en fejl på appen i forbindelse med log-in, hvor ud så skal kunne fejlsøge på det. Det kan fx være, at et sikkerheds-token på ID’et har et andet tidsstempel end det udstedte. Du skal altså generelt kunne fejlsøge på koden for at se, hvad der sker i flowsene.
Du vil blive tilkaldt ad hoc, cirka ti 30 timer månedligt.
Incidents eller mangler

A, som er kritisk, hvor reaktionstiden er fire time til påbegyndt fejlsøgning

Our on-premise data center services are very well established and we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with a strong desire to become a Cloud specialist too.
Our latest global multi-Cloud offering is the Fujitsu Cloud Managed Service, which is based on Infrastructure as Code, and supports both Azure, AWS and VMware, and an increasing number of customers choose Fujitsu as their Cloud service provider, also in hybrid infrastructure landscapes.
Explaining and designing a target Cloud infrastructure architecture to a customer currently utilising on-premise services requires a lot of Cloud knowledge. However, to be able to design and optimise such target architecture in the Cloud, an in-depth understanding of the current on-premise solution is necessary. This is why we are looking for an experienced on-premise infrastructure architect who wants to become a Cloud specialist.

Vi søger en Microsoft 365 Finance-profil til at stå for udrulninger og installationer hos Fujitsus kunder, hvor AX Dynamics 2012 nu skal opgraderes til Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Du kommer til teknisk at installere ERP-løsningen og integrere den med kundens infrastruktur. Det er Dynamics 365 on prem-installationer (Fujitsus datacenter, ikke kundernes lokale miljøer). Hos kunderne kommer du til at lave deres BI-rapportering/BI-analyser, hvor vi leverer kuberne, som man bygger rapporteringen på. Rapporteringen laver kunderne. Det hele / BI-kuberne er bygget, så du vil ikke skulle bygge noget, installere /opsætte.
Vores ERP-system, Prisme, er et kommunalt økonomisystem udviklet af Fujitsu oven på Dynamics 365 Finance. Det er den samme løsning, vi leverer og installerer hos alle kunder. Den er sat forskelligt op, men det er den samme kode, alle kører på. Det er dog rene installationsopgaver, så ikke udvikling.
Prisme skal udrulles over det næste halvandet år. Vores eksisterende team skal udbygges. Vi får også hjælp fra vores GDC’er i Polen og Indien.
Vi startede med at bygge økonomiløsninger til det offentlige i 1990'erne og byggede første version baseret på Axapta (senere Dynamics AX) i 1999.
Vi er cirka 70 i vores forretningsenhed, og de af vores medarbejdere, der udvikler og installerer løsningen, har base i Aarhus.
Fujitsu har omkring 25 procent af det kommunale marked som kunder, fx kommunerne Frederiksberg, Esbjerg og Høje Taastrup, og alle er de hostet på vores datacentre i Ballerup eller Hellerup.

Netværk, server og operativsystem leveres af datacenteret, men fordi vores applikation så lever inden for den ramme, skal man også vide noget om det, men man skal ikke lave en masse netværksting selv - allerhøjst konstatere et issue og bede andre (datacentret) om at rette det op.
